Membership benefits

The membership fee is the only regular source of SAPI income, which we use to plan activities for each subsequent year. Since the establishment of SAPI, the number of activities has increased significantly, while revenues have remained the same.

We are still open to new members to further improve our activities and services. We would like to pay more attention to the promotion of RES and carry out several other projects that would move us and you and your business. We are convinced that the work done for RES and photovoltaics, which you can find on our website or regularly in the media, will convince you to join us. We have had a lot of success during our existence, and we will be happy if you appreciate our work as a member of SAPI.

REPRESENTATION OF MEMBERS INTERESTS

Regular monitoring and commenting on all legal norms related to business in RES
Preparation of opinions and their presentation at the level of relevant authorities - MH SR, NR SR, ÚRSO, MŽP, OKTE, SEPS, EU etc.
Presentation and promotion of members' interests in cooperation with SolarPower Europe (Brussels)
Joint action against energy companies or the state administration
Green Household Reminder (SIEA)
Active participation in conferences in Slovakia and abroad
Member of the Economic Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, National Union of Employers, Slovak Climate Coalition

Application

The membership for 2021 is set as follows:

in the lowest turnover category up to EUR 200,000 per year EUR 360 / year
in the turnover category 200,000 to 1,000,000 EUR per year 840 EUR / year
in the category of turnover over 1,000,000 EUR per year 1080 EUR / year

The stated amounts are without VAT. SAPI is a VAT payer.

For calculating the membership, the turnover from the business activity is assessed without considering the sector in which it was achieved; only the accounting items "Revenues from goods, products and services" and "Other operating income" are included in turnover.

Articles of Association

The current SAPI Articles of Association (12.6.2024) were approved and registered in the Register of General Internal Administration at the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.
